the room had air conditioning, and i found this to be very useful. the location was excellent, a short walk from the shopping centre. staff were very kind and helpful, it.

i noticed stains all over the walls in the room. i saw ripped furniture as well. there was also mold in the shower.

A Good Stay with Friendly Staff

I was grateful for the provided toiletries in the bathroom , they were quite useful. I appreciated having a comfy big bed with lots of pillows. The windows opened enough to let in fresh air, which I found beneficial. There was also a relaxing terrace with a pool and darts , it was nice.

The room I stayed in looked a bit tired with scrapes all over , especially concerning.

The staff displayed helpfulness and politeness , I am thankful. The restaurant waitresses were lovely , and I appreciated their assistance and friendliness. The staff created a happy, safe , and enjoyable atmosphere.

charming stay

excellent price large screen tv ample space air conditioning

i found the room price excellent for what the hotel provided. our second-floor room was spacious for two and included a large screen tv with netflix and youtube options. the bathroom featured a nice shower and a bathtub, along with a big mirror, shaving point, toiletries, clean towels, and ample space. i also liked that the room had air conditioning.

I noticed that the hotel car park required a £10 per night fee. This seemed a bit much.

the gym showers were a problem, with one shower delivering freezing water and the other only hot. there was also a sewage smell permeating the area. i found it quite off-putting.

clean room charming touch

i found the room clean, which i appreciated greatly. the fridge and complimentary water plus a chocolate bar in the room added a charming touch. the modern reception and bar area created an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

I noticed the showers in the health club had some issues. One was too cold, and the other was too hot, which i found inconvenient.
